My experience at the clinic was mixed.

While the staff was polite, communication was sometimes challenging due to a limited level of English. I didn’t always fully understand the different steps of the skincare treatment, and I would have appreciated more detailed explanations throughout the process.

I also felt that a bit more guidance upon arrival and after the treatment would have made the experience smoother and more reassuring, especially as an international visitor.

With clearer communication and more support, the overall experience could be significantly improved for foreign clients.
